• Deliver advanced wound care to patients in post‑acute, long‑term care, and outpatient settings
• Perform thorough evaluations, debridement, and treatment of various wound types
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop customized care plans
• Document efficiently using our streamlined EMR system
• Provide continuity of care and follow‑up to optimize healing

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license
• Wound care experience or interest in training in this specialty
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
