As our Peru Tour Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for diverse functions such as reservation management, account managing for current providers, and research for great new partners and experiences.

NOTE:

This is a hybrid position, therefore you must live in Cusco.

Responsibilities
  • Create reservations and manage trip operations.
  • Check invoices, prepayments, and expenses.
  • Maintain the main contact person role for service providers and tour guides.
  • Negotiate with service providers to ensure highest quality standards and competitive pricing.
  • Make decisions favoring cost‑efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Find quick and cost‑efficient solutions to operational emergencies and support tour guides on the ground.
Basic Requirements
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Prior operational experience in the tourism industry.
  • High standards of quality and the ability to follow through.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a positive attitude and calm under stress.
  • Tech‑savvy, comfortable with and curious about new technologies.
  • Openness to feedback, eagerness to learn, improve, and grow.
Additional Qualifications
  • Proficiency in German or French.
  • Prior operational experience in Peru or other Latin American countries.
