Risk Product Manager, Futures

• Develop and optimize risk strategies for the Futures business to ensure market stability and user protection.
• Design and improve risk-related product features (e.g., liquidation, margin system, leverage tiers, risk limits).
• Collaborate with Quant, Engineering, Risk, and Futures Trading teams to identify risk exposures and deliver solutions.
• Maintain risk dashboards, alert systems, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
• Monitor market trends, competitor mechanisms, and emerging risks across the crypto derivatives industry.
• Lead incident analysis for risk events and propose long-term preventive measures.
• Support new product launches through risk assessment, scenario modeling, and readiness checks.
• Prepare risk proposals, product documentation, and updates for leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 3–7 years of experience in risk management, derivatives, or product management; crypto or traditional futures experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of futures mechanics: leverage, margin, liquidation, index pricing, funding, and market microstructure.
• Strong analytical ability; comfortable working with data to identify risks and support product decisions.
• Experience collaborating with quantitative or engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.
• Strong ownership, structured thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience at a crypto exchange or trading firm is a plus; passion for crypto required.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
