Pet Smart’s Salon Experience Lead (Groomer & Salon Trainer) oversees grooming services and leads the salon team to deliver exceptional pet care. You will coach bathers and stylists, ensure grooming quality, and uphold Pet Smart standards while driving customer satisfaction and salon performance.
You will develop associates through the grooming certification path, mentor staff, and maintain safety, sanitation, and high service levels across the store.
