Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to join a dynamic Human Resources team within a fast-paced and growth-oriented property management environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting employees, improving HR processes, and contributing to a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. The HR Coordinator will be a central point of contact for employees across the organization and will ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, HRIS management, compliance, and employee engagement.

Spanish-speaking proficiency is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel data management in Rippling and other HR systems.
  • Manage background screenings, employment verifications, and I-9/E-Verify compliance.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollments and changes while maintaining data accuracy across systems.
  • Manage employee scheduling and attendance.
  • Maintain HRIS integrity by auditing and updating teammate records.
  • Support leave management (FMLA, ADA, disability, and workers’ comp).
  • Conduct and track onboarding, stay, and exit interviews to enhance engagement insights.
  • Help coordinate HR trainings, employee communications, and engagement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for audits, compliance reporting, and special projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR operations, data entry, or payroll support.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Rippling is a plus.
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Spanish-speaking proficiency is strongly preferred.

Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
