Role Overview- The B2B Marketing Owner is the central driver of Nectar’s entire B2B marketing engine, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer. The primary objective is to drive awareness and highly qualified demand for Nectar’s marketplace services through a repeatable, highvelocity content and proof system.
- Key responsibilities include owning the strategic framework for case studies, guides, testimonials, and webinars, and being accountable for their execution and distribution.
- Primary acquisition ownership focuses on Linked In Paid Strategy, requiring continuous development of segmentation, creative testing, and rigorous performance optimization.
- Establish a repeatable production pipeline for all proof and authority assets: case studies, guides, testimonials, and webinars.
- Drive end‑to‑end asset creation, including writing copy drafts and assembling content to maintain high velocity.
- Conduct gap analysis and translate business objectives into clear, compelling messaging frameworks.
- Conduct client testimonial interviews to capture proof points.
- Own strategy, launch, and optimization of Linked In paid campaigns to grow awareness and qualified demand.
- Develop audience segmentation and creative angle libraries; test continuously and maintain a disciplined experiment log.
- Implement retargeting and align lead capture paths with landing pages and Hub Spot workflows.
- Own key Webflow pages and perform small edits directly in Webflow to ensure high velocity.
- Utilize basic Figma proficiency to edit and assemble simple layouts for rapid creative variant creation.
- Coordinate larger Webflow builds and development projects with the external dev agency.
- Maintain Hub Spot definitions and ensure clean lead capture, routing, and follow‑up workflows.
- Report weekly on leading indicators and channel performance; provide monthly insight reports that drive strategic decision‑making.
- Coordinate with internal creative/copy resources and external freelancers to accelerate shipping speed.
- Ensure all external messaging receives final approval from the CSO.
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in an agency or B2B services environment.
- Basic Webflow proficiency (able to make page updates and publish changes).
- Basic Figma proficiency (able to edit and assemble simple layouts).
