The RoleApply Digital seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. You bring a background in digital agency or consultancy, working with clients on large digital and e‑commerce transformation initiatives, delivering integrated digital experiences, and navigating multiple stakeholders.
As a champion of project management best practices, you bring fluency in Agile and the ability to adapt, support, grow and optimize teams to apply the best methodologies to solve problems and ensure flawless execution for our clients.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage web development projects, coordinating all aspects of delivery, translating business outcomes and product requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps and project plans, and managing execution against those plans.
- Facilitate regular workshops and meetings (definition, requirements gathering, prioritization, design/UX reviews, prototyping, testing, product demos and stakeholder feedback).
- Employ agile or hybrid‑agile methodologies, selecting best practices for efficient delivery and effective production workflows.
- Work with the PMO and Delivery team to track, manage & report on budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Identify, communicate and mitigate risks while balancing business needs vs. technical constraints, escalating when necessary.
- Act as the primary project delivery point of contact for client and team stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, releases and scope changes.
- Continuously engage with client, account leadership and team to ensure value delivery as expected.
- Foster a one‑team mindset, actively monitoring and reporting team morale.
- 5+ years of proven track record delivering end‑to‑end digital solutions in an agency or product organization, ideally with leading global brands.
- Experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager or in a similar role leading large delivery teams in software development, web technologies and/or e‑commerce products.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast‑paced environment with urgency and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD and project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid‑Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of technical concepts and tools (AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, commerce, platform integrations).
- Plus: experience leading headless implementations (e‑commerce, CMS, loyalty, identity, personalization).
- Proficiency using project management and collaboration tools (Jira/Confluence, Google Suite, Miro). Familiarity with MS Teams, Notion, Instagantt, Smartsheet is an advantage.
- Experience working with enterprise‑level e‑commerce companies.
- Proactive mindset with foresight to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
