We are looking for an Incident Management Analyst / System & Operations Specialist to support and manage critical IT incidents in a high‑demand, multi‑technology environment. This role is responsible for incident coordination, communication, escalation, monitoring and technical analysis across Linux/Windows platforms, networks and enterprise applications. The position works within the bank’s Incident Management team, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and interacting with a diverse Help Desk support team.
ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Linux and Windows operating systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for Incident Management (INC MAS)—coordinating communication, escalation and execution timelines.
Lead and orchestrate INC sessions, Problem Management reviews, Preventive Monitoring, War Rooms (WR), Work Requests (WR) and remediation activities.
Manage operational processes, including
:
Pre‑INC Committee, Post‑Pre‑INC Committee, INC Committee, Post‑INC Committee, Preventive Monitoring sessions.
Monitor and track
: WR reports, high‑severity incidents (0 and
1), Willy and Dynatrace alerts, XMatters notifications, Problem Tickets.
Provide documentation and evidence for audits and compliance reviews.
Maintain and deliver operational reports related to incident performance and service continuity.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary IT team, including Help Desk support (approx. 15 people), application teams, network teams, cyber security and operational leaders.
Support a fast‑paced environment with a clear understanding of business processes and the technological ecosystem.
Required Technical and Professional Experience- Proven more than three years of experience in system administration, network administration and technical support.
- Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), networks and enterprise software environments.
