About the Role

We are seeking a highly efficient, AI‑driven Marketing Content Specialist who excels at digital content creation, SEO optimization, and modern website management. The ideal candidate embraces AI tools in their daily workflow, delivers exceptional content with speed and accuracy, and maintains consistent branding across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 AI‑Focused Content Creation

• Use AI tools to rapidly produce blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, ads, landing pages, and more.
• Research, test, and implement new AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality.

🔹 Digital Marketing, SEO & Website Management

• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices across all content.
• Optimize website content and structure to improve search rankings and user experience.
• Assist with website updates (CMS edits, uploads, formatting, SEO adjustments).
• Identify opportunities to improve website performance using AI insights and analytics.

🔹 Google Tools & Advertising

• Manage and optimize the company’s Google Business Profile.
• Work with Google Ads and Google Analytics to track performance and support data‑driven decisions.
• Report on key Google Ads/AdWords metrics to optimize campaigns.

🔹 Graphic Design & Content Branding

• Create polished visuals in Canva for social media, presentations, ads, and website content.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all materials.

🔹 Project & Workflow Management

• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content strategy.
• Proficiency with Google Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Skilled in Canva for digital graphics.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (Word Press, Wix, Squarespace, etc.).
• Required: Strong ability and willingness to use AI tools extensively.
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and visual/content quality.

Monthly Gross Salary: 1400 - 2000 USD
