What Makes Us Unique

At Cloudbeds, we’re not just building software, we’re transforming hospitality. Our intelligently designed platform powers properties across 150 countries, processing billions in bookings annually. From independent properties to hotel groups, we help hoteliers transform operations and uplevel their commercial strategy through a unified platform that integrates with hundreds of partners. And we do it with a completely remote team. Imagine working alongside global innovators to build AI-powered solutions that solve hoteliers' biggest challenges.

Since our founding in 2012, we’ve become the World's Best Hotel PMS Solutions Provider and landed on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 again in 2024 – but we’re just getting started.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Product Manager - Integrations you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to build integrations with external systems to meet our global customers’ diverse needs. These can include systems for Event Management, Compliance, Accounting, POS and many others. You will work with partners and accommodations customers to design solutions and work with the dev team to build your solution, and then work with Sales, Customer Service and Customers to bring your solutions to market.

The optimal candidate for this role is familiar with cross-platform API connectivity and has experience designing, building and launching new products.

Our Integrations Team

We sit at the intersection of Cloudbeds and the broader hospitality ecosystem, building the bridges that make everything work together. Our team combines deep technical curiosity with real world customer empathy. If you love digging into an API spec and understanding why a hotelier in Italy needs their fiscal receipts to work just right, you’ll fit right in. Each Product Manager on our team owns their integrations end to end, from partner discovery through launch and beyond.

We’re a small, collaborative group spread across the globe, which means you have real ownership and the freedom to shape solutions, not just execute on someone else’s vision. Our team tackles a different puzzle every day. One day you’re designing an Event Management integration to plan huge conferences, the next you’re connecting a POS system that’ll change how a boutique hotel runs its restaurant.

We’re a globally distributed group that thrives on variety, autonomy, and seeing our work go live in properties across 150 countries.
