As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will amplify our message and reach through effective digital campaigns. You will create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while aligning with Luna Joy’s values of compassion, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads search, display, and video campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
• Develop and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, ensuring alignment with Luna Joy’s goals and values.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to meet KPIs.
• Allocate advertising budgets across platforms for maximum ROI.
• Implement strategic audience targeting and segmentation based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with the Luna Joy team to align campaigns with overall brand strategies.

• Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
• Independent work ethic with effective time management.

• Hourly Rate: $8.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

The first phase involves an initial screening with HR to discuss experience, skills, and alignment with Luna Joy’s values and culture.
