AboutThe Role
The Junior Meta Media Buyer will support the execution and optimization of direct‑response, lead‑generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
. This role is designed for someone with early experience in paid social who wants to build strong fundamentals in performance marketing
, focusing on cost‑per‑lead efficiency, creative testing, and conversion optimization. You’ll work closely with our in‑house marketing team to manage live campaigns, test creatives at scale, analyze performance trends, and continuously improve results. This is a hands‑on, numbers‑driven role with clear performance accountability.
Location:
Remote – availability 9am – 5pm ET.
- Meta Campaign Execution (Lead Gen Focus)
- Assist in building, launching, and managing Meta lead‑generation and conversion campaigns in Ads Manager.
- Support setup of campaigns, ad sets, and ads with a focus on objectives, audiences, budgets, and placements optimized for CPL and conversion volume.
- Perform daily performance checks to ensure campaigns are spending efficiently and hitting lead goals.
- Optimization & Scaling Support
- Help optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and placements under direction.
- Monitor key direct‑response metrics including CPA/CPL, CTR, CPC, frequency, and conversion rate.
- Assist with identifying scaling opportunities and underperforming segments.
- Creative Testing & Iteration
- Support rapid creative testing across hooks, copy angles, formats (static, video, UGC), and offers.
- Help organize, tag, and rotate creatives to prevent fatigue and maintain performance.
- Provide performance feedback to creative teams based on data, not opinions.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Pull daily, weekly, and monthly reports from Meta Ads Manager and internal dashboards.
- Track trends in CPL, volume, and efficiency and flag performance shifts early.
- Support performance summaries and testing recaps with clear takeaways.
- Learning & Growth
- Stay current on Meta direct‑response best practices, algorithm changes, and ad policy updates.
- Analyze competitor ads using Meta Ad Library to identify winning angles and formats.
- Actively develop skills in lead‑gen strategy, creative analysis, and performance optimization.
- 1–2 years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- Hands‑on experience running Meta Ads for lead generation or conversions preferred.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audiences, and reporting.
- Experience with other performance platforms (Google, Tik Tok) is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working with numbers and making decisions based on data.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and analysis.
- Basic understanding of Meta Pixel, conversion events, UTMs, and attribution.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or Events Manager is a plus.
- Strong interest in what makes ads convert, not just how they look.
- Ability to think in terms of hooks, offers, angles, and messaging.
- Coachable, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in a performance‑driven environment.
