We are looking for a System Technical Analyst with strong interest in system administration, observability, and process automation.
This role offers a solid technical career path toward Senior Specialist and, eventually,
Technical Architect
, working within multidisciplinary support and Help Desk teams. The ideal candidate combines foundational technical knowledge with curiosity, learning agility, and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Administer and support Linux/Windows operating systems
. - Assist with the installation, configuration, and basic deployment of observability and monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to manage monitoring settings, change controls, and maintenance windows
. - Build and maintain functional dashboards and propose improvements to monitoring capabilities.
- Create or adjust basic scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
- Identify and implement automatic or semi‑automatic improvements to operational processes.
- Document operational procedures and maintain configuration records.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalates complex issues when needed.
- Participate in testing and validation during production releases.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a technical role. Experience administering Linux/Windows OS
. - Basic knowledge of observability tools (
Grafana, Prometheus
) and platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Elastic Stack
. - Understanding of thresholds, triggers, synthetic monitoring, and SLO/user journey concepts.
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure, Dev Ops
, and container technologies (
Docker, Kubernetes
