Responsabilidades
- Dirigir y supervisar el cumplimiento de funciones del personal operativo.
- Controlar el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene, aseo y orden en las instalaciones.
- Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los horarios de atención en los diversos servicios.
- Responsable de los eventos y solicitudes del cliente.
- Controlar el uso correcto del EPP de personal de comedor.
- Realizar la actividad de degustación diaria y supervisar la toma de contra muestra de cada servicio.
- Apoyar al personal de línea durante los horarios de servicio.
- Realizar charlas diarias con el personal de línea.
- Relevar información al Supervisor entrante, de todo lo sobresaliente ocurrido en el servicio.
