Program overview:

Start in one of our facilities across the region, learn together as a group regionally, and individually at local level in day-to-day operations. Trainees will participate in a comprehensive international training curriculum, crafted to give an understanding of the operations, processes and technologies of Bunge’s crushing, refining, and packaging facilities. Who would we typically hire into the program:

Graduates with 0-2 years previous work experience with an interest in the agribusiness or food production sectors. Typical Engineering education considered:
Reliability & Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Process Engineering, Chemical, Project Management, Quality, Food, Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement and Environmental Sciences.

Enthusiasts with an international attitude, who are eager to learn and contribute to an impactful industry, bringing strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

A good level of English language skills are required. Local languages may be required in some locations.
