- Verificar el cumplimiento de BPM, SSOP y HACCP en campo.
- Supervisar protocolos de calidad en todas las etapas del proceso.
- Gestionar y mantener actualizada la documentación del sistema de calidad.
- Evaluar indicadores (KPI) del área y reportar desviaciones.
- Detectar y reportar no conformidades o condiciones de riesgo.
- Participar en investigaciones de incidentes alimentarios.
- Apoyar en tareas adicionales asignadas por la jefatura.
