As a Paid Media Supervisor, you’ll own the performance, strategy, and growth of major multi-channel paid media accounts. You’ll partner closely with the Associate Media Director on strategic direction and planning, while fully owning execution, testing, and reporting. Your day includes reviewing pacing and KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities, and designing tests that push performance forward across the full funnel. You’ll lead client conversations as the subject-matter expert, guide a growing team of Media Managers, and confidently recommend (and defend) strategies that drive real business impact.
In a remote-first environment, you’ll operate with autonomy, accountability, and a constant drive to raise the bar.
- Own end-to-end management and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts.
- Drive performance against pacing, KPIs, and efficiency goals—continually raising expectations.
- Lead paid media strategy, road-mapping, testing frameworks, and campaign ideation.
- Manage and mentor a team of 1–2+ Media Managers, supporting their strategic and technical growth.
- Partner with Account Managers and the Media Director to align media strategy with client goals and business outcomes.
- Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts.
- Lead client communication, reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee ongoing account maintenance: optimizations, structure updates, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and copy revisions.
- Design and deploy monthly and quarterly testing plans across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion strategy.
- Drive full-funnel strategy development, validation, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to expand media spend, channels, and account scope.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new platforms, and expanding Cardinal’s paid media offerings.
- 6–10+ years of paid media experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $100K–$1MM+.
