As a Digital Media Account Manager, you’ll be the go‑to expert in client meetings, breaking down strategy, performance, and next steps with clarity and confidence. You’ll own daily client communication, manage projects end‑to‑end, and drive strategic account planning rooted in data. This means understanding performance levers across channels, spotting optimization opportunities, and turning insights into smart recommendations. You’ll manage multi‑media clients with ease, applying digital marketing best practices across every channel you touch.
Strong critical thinking, clear expectation‑setting, and the ability to guide clients toward the right decisions are at the core of your day.
- Lead clients that predominantly focus on Google and Meta ads.
- Drive day‑to‑day client activity that fuels growth, including client communication & education, campaign execution project management, and strategic service planning.
- Monitor and analyze account activity—volumes, KPIs, incidents, trends—across clients.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create innovative strategies that maximize program performance.
- Manage client and agency team expectations, clear roadblocks to success.
- Lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution, and best practices.
- Ensure day‑to‑day implementation of project deliverables is client‑ready.
- 3+ years of experience with a marketing agency managing digital programs.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, creative, and analytics resources and a thorough understanding of related deliverables.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever‑changing needs and schedules; handle multiple accounts while meeting tight deadlines.
- Proven project management skills with an understanding of processes and quality assurance/control.
- Proactive, thrives in environments where new opportunities are created.
- Must be able to travel from time to time as required.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in growing client accounts and agency business.
