About the role: The mandate stems from the Equality in Action Voluntary Cooperation Program (PCV). Oxfam supports local partner organizations to increase participation in inclusive initiatives that advance gender equality.

• Co‑develop participatory methodologies with PCV member organizations and the resource‑mobilization team to improve proposal quality and access to funding.
• Update donor mappings and analyse funding opportunities to strengthen the resource‑mobilization strategy.
• Contribute to the co‑creation of funding opportunities and preparation of proposals aligned with Oxfam Peru’s priorities and those of PCV member organizations.
• Support development of the PCV Annual Work Plan.
• Support donor‑visibility efforts for women’s leadership initiatives in coordination with Communications and MEL teams.

• Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
• University degree in political science, project management, economics or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written (required).
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

• Monthly allowance for living expenses.
• 20% increase for an accompanying child (maximum of
  2).
• $1,500 CAD per year per child for schooling.
• Monthly rent allowance.
• Round‑trip flight with two checked bags.
• Round‑trip flight for accompanying child(ren).
• 200 CAD for additional luggage.
• Medical insurance for you and child(ren).
• Volunteer support program during the mandate and up to two months after returning to Canada.
• 20 days of vacation and public holidays.
