Peru – Resource Mobilization Advisor

Consultancy, 12-month mandate in Lima, Peru (Nov 2025 – Feb 2026).

About the role: The mandate stems from the Equality in Action Voluntary Cooperation Program (PCV). Oxfam supports local partner organizations to increase participation in inclusive initiatives that advance gender equality.

Daily responsibilities
  • Co‑develop participatory methodologies with PCV member organizations and the resource‑mobilization team to improve proposal quality and access to funding.
  • Update donor mappings and analyse funding opportunities to strengthen the resource‑mobilization strategy.
  • Contribute to the co‑creation of funding opportunities and preparation of proposals aligned with Oxfam Peru’s priorities and those of PCV member organizations.
  • Support development of the PCV Annual Work Plan.
  • Support donor‑visibility efforts for women’s leadership initiatives in coordination with Communications and MEL teams.
Requirements
  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
  • University degree in political science, project management, economics or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written (required).
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
