Your RoleAs an RN or LPN, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents while leading and supporting our nursing assistants. You’ll ensure that care is delivered with professionalism, dignity, and respect — always putting residents first.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Direct and supervise nursing assistants
- Coordinate and communicate care with residents, families, and staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support physicians and leadership during rounds and assessments
- Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
- Current RN or LPN license (in good standing)
- Current CPR certification
- Long‑term care experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- A caring, dependable professional who loves being part of a team
