The breakroom will have free snacks and drinks, a flat screen TV, gaming system, ping pong table, and comfortable places to sit.

Employees will also receive one free meal per day. The Facility will also be having monthly events for the employees.

Allure is looking for compassionate and caring Nursing Assistants who are interested in making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for offering quality of life services. The ideal candidate for this position is a compassionate professional with a strong sense of discretion and preferably has previous experience working in a long‑term care facility. We are looking for employees committed to quality care.

• Assist residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing, toileting, and showering.
• Respond immediately to calls from residents for assistance and alert nurse of any changes in condition.
• Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and keep physical strength by encouraging and assisting with tasks.
• Replace linens on beds and assist residents with keeping rooms clean and interacting with residents each day.
• Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted CNA license.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Tuition reimbursement.
