As a valued member of our healthcare family, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents while promoting a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition

• Supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team

• Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming environment

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Active Illinois LPN or RN license (in good standing)

• Current CPR certification

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
