Pandora is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and operations for our Concept Stores, SIS, Kiosk and multi-branded POS within your assigned area in Lima, Peru. You will drive exceptional customer experience, grow sales, and safeguard the brand image across all stores you oversee.
You will report to the Divisional Sales Manager, lead teams, monitor KPIs, and develop local opportunities across channels. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus willingness to travel 80%+, are essential.
