Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. • Engage with customers via phone, email, and online channels to promote products and services
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Enter, update, and maintain customer information and sales data accurately within our CRM system
• Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and identify sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics
• Support administrative tasks related to sales activities as needed
• Support the shipping/warehouse team

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or data entry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus

Requirements

• Competitive Salary:
  We offer a competitive salary starting at $17.50/hour with performance-based raises at 3, 6 & 12 months.
• Insurance package:
  Our very rich benefit package includes medical, dental, Rx, EAP & Short-term disability. Company paid Long-term disability and Accidental death and dismemberment policy. • Eligibility starts on the 1st of the month following date of hire
• Retirement plan:
  Unytite’s 401k plan matches 100% up to 5% of employee contribution. There are both traditional and Roth options available.
