Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, communicate with clients, and help deter security incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Your role will contribute to a secure environment through vigilance, teamwork, and adherence to procedures.

• Provide customer service and carry out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency responses.
• Monitor and control access, verifying credentials and authorizations.
• Respond to incidents calmly, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Report irregularities such as property damage or suspicious persons.
• Communicate with management, visitors, and employees regarding security matters.
• Document all activities, observations, and incidents per Allied Universal and client standards.
• Support emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures as directed.

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen, as permitted by law.
• Consideration for history, subject to applicable laws.
• Compliance with licensing requirements as per state or local laws.
• A valid driver’s license (required only for driving positions).
