$1,500 Tool Allowance for Entry Level Employees or $5,000 sign on bonus for 2 Years of Experience!

• Service and repair residential plumbing
• Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to ensure safety and functionality
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current with industry best practices
• Contribute to a positive, team-centered work environment
• Participate in on-call rotation

• Able to pass Background and Drug Screening
• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional demeanor and respect for customers and their property
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire for a long-term career

$55,000–$85,000 per year

• 2 weeks vacation after 90 days (pro-rated)
