Senior Typescript​/Next.js Developer

We're looking for a product-minded engineer who wants to own features from concept to code to customer to join our focused engineering team. In this role, you won't be pushing tickets, you'll be a critical partner in driving the direction of the app. collaborate with product, think through customer-facing edge cases, and build production-ready experiences without needing super-detailed specs.

After an initial ramp-up period (where you'll learn our challenging domain, you'll be tasked with owning major new features, such as our AI voice sales agent, new fintech integrations, or an "Apple" style checkout experience for high-ticket HVAC sales).

• Develop high-quality web applications using Type Script, React, and Next.js

• Select and implement the best rendering strategy (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR) for each page.
• Build and maintain API Routes and backend logic.
• Integrate with databases (Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, Mongo
  
  DB, Prisma).
• Ensure strong performance, SEO, and code quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams.

• 3+ years with Next.js
  .
• Strong React and Type Script skills.
• Experience consuming and building APIs.
• Git, testing, and modern frontend best practices.

• Experience with tRPC is a big plus.
• Familiarity with our hosting and tooling:
  Vercel, Neon, Trigger.dev.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup environment.
• Domain knowledge in residential HVAC or Fin Tech.
