A UI Developer is responsible for developing user-facing features under the guidance of senior developers, ensuring the implementation of UI/UX designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They collaborate with team members to optimize applications for performance and maintain code quality. Additionally, they assist in troubleshooting and debugging UI issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities- Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Meet with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
- Review application requirements and interface designs.
- Identify web-based user interactions.
- Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
- Write application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows.
- Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes.
- Develop and implement front‑end architecture to support user interface concepts.
- Monitor and improve front‑end performance.
- Document application changes and develop updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a Front-End Development role or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
- Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as Angular
JS, Backbone
JS, WebUI, and GWT a plus. - Proficient with React.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and SVN.
