Product Engineer at Torre.ai (Remote).

Compensation: USD 75 k/year + bonuses (up to 1 % of base).

• Expert in software development.
• Proficient in Type Script and artificial intelligence (AI).

• Architect, develop, and deliver major end‑to‑end product features that impact user experience and business metrics.
• Drive technical strategy within your domain, lead deep‑dive discussions, and define best practices for system design, scalability, and performance.
• Own the entire feature lifecycle: write high‑quality, maintainable code, perform comprehensive testing, and oversee successful deployment to production.
• Elevate code quality through rigorous reviews, improve team processes, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate across Product, Design, and Data to shape product requirements, influence the roadmap, and translate high-level goals into technical execution plans.
• Champion engineering excellence by contributing to shared tools, documentation, and knowledge transfer to increase team efficiency and institutional knowledge.
