Business Operations Manager – 6‑Month Contract, Potential Extension

Remo First is seeking a Business Operations Manager to spearhead the design and execution of our local EOR relationships and operational excellence. The role reports to senior leadership and collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to align partner strategies and drive business growth.

• Create and optimize operational processes within the Operations Department.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and operational dashboards.
• Improve onboarding for stakeholders and ensure efficient use of the platform.
• Monitor departmental efficiency and develop initiatives to enhance effectiveness.
• Partner with the Customer Success department on day‑to‑day escalations.
• Oversee planning, operational controls, and fiscal documentation.
• Escalate client concerns, design solutions, and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Work with tax calculators, country guides, and compliance teams.
• Offer operational data and insights to evaluate improvement strategies.
• Establish clear communication channels across departments.
• Track day‑to‑day escalations within the operations team.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders.
• Assist with employee appraisals by monitoring job expectations and contributions.
• Analyze data, assist in budgeting, and plan future spending.

• 2‑5 years experience in an EOR, outsourcing, or client‑facing HR tech space.
• 2‑5 years experience in HR or employment law.
• Ability to build processes and programs from scratch.
• 1‑3 years of project management experience.
• Multilingual is a plus.
