VICE STORE MANAGER
La risorsa sarà inserita in un contesto strutturato avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
Attività di supporto al team degli Addetti Vendite
analisi dei KPI's del punto vendita
vendita semi assistita
fidelizzazione clientela
Requisiti:
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo nell Retail no food
Disponibilità territoriale
orientamento al risultato e problem solving
ottime capacità di team-working e di leadership
conoscenza della lingua inglese
conoscenza pacchetto office
Cosa offriamo:
Contratto determinato 6+6 con successiva trasformazione a tempo Indeterminato
FORMAZIONE da 1 a 5 mesi più rimborso netto di 500€ mensili
