What you’ll do (Responsibilities)- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients according to their preferences.
- Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Information is posted to provide applicants with potential earnings. Individual pay decisions depend on experience, education, skill, performance, and location. Benefits may include medical coverage, retirement plans, and other programs as applicable.
