As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our marketing team.
As the Lead Generation Specialist at Digilock, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales and marketing initiatives by identifying and qualifying potential leads, sourcing, verifying, and organizing business contact data, and analyzing market trends. The successful candidate will leverage online directories, social media platforms, and CRM data to identify, qualify, and route new leads. This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, data-driven individual to gain experience in market research, data analysis, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Prospecting:
Leverage data intelligence platforms, CRM Data, social media, and other sources to systematically research prospective customers and develop new business opportunities. Conduct outbound lead generation activities via cold calling and email outreach. - Lead
Qualification:
Speak with incoming leads to understand their business needs and opportunity size and appropriately route sales-qualified opportunities. - Track lead Activity:
Analyze key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, ROI, and engagement to track and report on the effectiveness of outbound prospecting campaigns. - Sales Team
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with company goals and enhance conversion rates. - Data Management:
Maintain and enhance CRM contact information ensuring data accuracy and enriching contact and account records. - Market Research and Monitoring:
Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to assist in identifying target audiences and business development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales analysis, marketing analysis, or a related role (internships or relevant coursework can be considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data management tools
- A foundational understanding of CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and business intelligence tools (Zoom Info, Cognism, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to comfortably connect with new people
- Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to take a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and project management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Asana)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in both sales and marketing domains
- A team-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving collective goals
- Ability to quickly learn complex topics and understand the needs of the business to work independently
- Prior experience with marketing automation software is a plus
- Knowledge or interest in technology, corporate furnishings, or corporate design markets
