Pediatrician - Petaluma, CA

Overview

Providence Medical Group is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatrician to join its well-established Pediatrics practice in Petaluma, California. You will join a collegial team of six other physicians and two advanced practice practitioners across our Sonoma County Pediatric offices providing quality primary care for a diverse patient population. • Monday to Friday clinic schedule with occasional Saturday AM clinic (rotation approximately 5 Saturdays per year)
• Minimal after hour call requirements are supported by the nurse advice line
• Outpatient care only
• Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time
• Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses
• Generous, multi-year sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package
• Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates
• Total cash compensation is between $260,406 and $283,406 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
