Base pay range$167.00/hr - $167.00/hr
Emergency Department
- ED Volume: 20,000
- Staffing Model: 33 hours
- Two 12-hour physician shifts
- One 10-hour APP shift
- EMR:
Epic with Dragon - Helipad for all emergency conditions requiring transfer
- Full-service ED treats a wide variety of acutely ill and injured patients including sepsis, cardiac emergencies, respiratory emergencies, general surgery, stroke, orthopedic, and pediatrics care

About USACS
As a medical director at USACS, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your physician staff. You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department, and as a leader within the organization. Details
- Oversee the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration
- Supervise the EM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
- Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $167/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock, or an estimated 1099 base pay range of $210/hour to $230/hour. Additional leadership stipend.
