• As Design Lead, you will be responsible for overall magnetics design.
• Designing high volume custom magnetics is a core capability of Enphase. We combine electronic, magnetic, thermal, structural, and costing knowledge into a multi-physics optimization flow to design built-for-purpose transformers and other magnetic components.
• We work with our supply chain partners to manufacture these components in high volume, managing quality and performance.

• PhD in EE
• 10+ years experience
• Experience with medium voltage isolated transformer design (ideally ferrite-based)

This team is in Petaluma, CA. Although there is a presence in Fremont, CA, the physical nature of this work requires regular presence in Petaluma.

The base pay range for this position is $180,000 to $280,800 per year. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
