• Spearhead the development and expansion of the laboratory’s medium‑voltage testing capabilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Design, build, and refine prototypes for medium‑voltage electrical systems, ensuring accurate performance validation.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and evaluation to verify prototype functionality, reliability, and safety.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to translate design concepts into validated prototypes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Uphold rigorous lab safety protocols, continuously improving safety practices and standards within the testing environment.

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical Engineering (EE).
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in prototyping and validation within a medium‑voltage environment.
• Extensive knowledge of medium‑voltage lab safety standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Proven track record of building prototypes and executing detailed validation testing to meet performance specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to expand lab capabilities, including medium‑voltage testing infrastructure and safety measures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
