Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Medium Voltage Product/System Architect for our client, the world’s leading supplier of microinverter-based solar and battery systems in Petaluma, CA. This is a full‑time, direct hire position based onsite in Petaluma.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and integration of medium voltage products and systems that shape the future of energy distribution. Your expertise will drive technical excellence and ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability.

• Lead the architectural design and technical integration of medium voltage products and systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, product management, and project delivery, to develop scalable and innovative solutions.
• Develop and document system architectures, including specifications, schematics, and detailed design documents.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of system performance, troubleshooting, and optimization to enhance product reliability and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in medium voltage product design, system architecture, or related roles within the energy or electrical infrastructure industry.
• Strong knowledge of medium voltage switch gear, transformers, protection devices, and control systems.
• Proficiency in system modeling, simulation tools, and electrical design software.
