Restaurant & Operations Manager

The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager is an active role that requires you to stay on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and problem‑solve in real time. In the General Manager’s absence, they are the ones who hold down the fort, overseeing all center and floor management—from entertainment to Food & Beverage to the property and its equipment.

• Be a champion for guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
• Continually hone operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet the center’s needs and maximize the guest experience.
• Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to grow our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
• Lead the team through effective motivation; delegate responsibilities, leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity.
• Oversee the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings.
• Remain flexible: work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed.

You’re a committed team player ready to fill in for the General Manager as needed. You have strong guest service sensibility, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to develop the talents of your team. You’re flexible enough to support the center through extended workdays and are looking to ultimately become a General Manager.

• 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to supervise center operations staff.
• Strong team player.
• Exceptional people developer.
• Customer service professional.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

• Typical entertainment environment where you walk, bend, stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
