Member Financial Advisor

Position Summary  Provide professional, friendly financial services to bank members. Responsibilities include processing transactions, opening accounts, assisting with lending products, resolving member inquiries, and recommending products and services that support members' financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist current and prospective members in person and by phone.
Open savings, checking, certificate, and IRA accounts.
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately.
Provide information on loans, credit cards, rates, and terms.
Assist members with online/mobile banking and other services.
Handle ATM/debit cards, check orders, stop payments, ACH requests, and account inquiries.
Identify and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
Participate in community and membership development activities.
Qualifications
~ High school diploma or equivalent.
~2+ years of financial institution experience.
~ Basic knowledge of banking regulations.
~ Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
~ Strong organization, time management, and customer-service skills.
