Job Title:Therapy Manager Description
The Therapy Manager is responsible for supervising and implementing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Pathology programs for both inpatient and outpatient areas. This role coordinates clinical activities and provides leadership and direct supervision of the rehabilitation and therapy staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, using organizational skills, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing patient care through the use of hospital and nursing policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

California Speech Language Pathologist License - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association - 5 years of acute or ambulatory care clinical experience.
- Supervisory experience in a hospital setting.
