• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field and operational positions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Post and manage jobs across multiple hiring platforms
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment activities
• Build talent pipelines for seasonal and high-demand hiring
• Partner with Operations, HR, and Safety teams to meet staffing goals
• Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, stay interviews, and exit interviews

• 1-3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience in high-volume or hourly workforce recruiting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• ATS and recruiting systems experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Construction, transportation, logistics, or field workforce recruiting experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience supporting multiple locations
