Sr. Enterprise Application Analyst - Fusion Supply Chain
Senior Enterprise Application Analyst will develop, influence, and implement a partner strategy that ensures alignment between business units (BU) and Digital Business Team (DBT) to achieve both BU specific and enterprise objectives. The role contributes to the evolution of the AV’s Digital Transformation initiative by collaborating with Business Partners to determine strategic direction for BU-specific and enterprise-wide solutions.
Position Responsibilities- Partner with business units to ensure every business decision is viewed through the customer lens.
- Collaborate with partner business units to reimagine delivery of best processes using people, process, data, and technology.
- Pursue Oracle Fusion existing standard processes to minimize customizations while meeting AV DOD needs.
- Execute solutions that raise awareness of the value of relationships between AV and business partners.
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for designated partner business units.
- Attend partner BU meetings, shadow team members, document workflows, and provide day‑in‑the‑life explanations across roles.
- Serve as a “trusted advisor” to the BU, acting as key point of contact for BU & DBT stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain goals and DBT solution road‑map in partnership with BU leadership.
- Define high‑level product features and desired service levels using business analysis techniques and business cases.
- Conduct business process gap analysis, risk assessments, and business continuity advanced planning.
- Support business process optimization through digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Write detailed specifications and prepare data elements for development teams.
- Participate in development of IT strategies with IT teams.
- Define business requirements, write functional & technical specifications, and manage request for change approvals.
- Lead design sessions for prototype new systems and promote adoption of solutions.
- Collaborate with peers and PMs to balance BU and enterprise level optimization, including trade‑off negotiations.
- Manage post‑implementation enhancement requests and monitor production issues.
- Assist in strategic plan execution, including presentations and reports for executive management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/training.
- 12–15 years of BRM/BA experience with Oracle ERP/Fusion Applications; experience with SaaS and Cloud Systems.
- Extensive experience with Oracle modules:
Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing/Receiving, ASCP, BOM, WIP, Quality, MES.
- Knowledge of Quote‑to‑Order and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, average and project costing.
- Experience with interfaces, workflow, and database tables.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and team‑building skills.
- Proficiency in GAP analysis, software development life‑cycle, testing, and documentation.
- SQL, PL/SQL, and configuration document preparation.
- Strong entrepreneurial focus and compliance knowledge in a Defense contractor environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and API integrations.
- Business requirement workshop facilitation.
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Project leadership and collaboration.
- Negotiation, problem solving, and influential skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
- Teamwork orientation and ownership of work products.

$136,807 – $194,040
