Description:
MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE.The position involves floating between two locations.
Travelers will rotate between facilities, with varying schedules each week.
This role will include every other weekend.
Must have acute care hospital experience as a Case Manager.
Familiarity with Inter Qual Criteria is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team is necessary.
Good understanding of admission and discharge planning is required.
Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines is important.
Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities.
Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.
Two references covering one year within the last three years are required.
