Job SummaryUSA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Agent for our 308‑unit Senior Community, Vintage Chateau, located in Petaluma, CA. The Leasing Agent will report to the Community Manager and work full‑time, including overtime and weekends as needed. The role involves greeting prospective residents, presenting community amenities, and securing lease agreements from qualified applicants.
ResponsibilitiesThe Leasing Agent serves as the property’s sales representative, providing a professional and courteous experience to all visitors. Key duties include:
- Greet prospective residents and showcase apartment features and benefits.
- Conduct tours of available units and community spaces.
- Generate and process lease agreements for qualified applicants.
- Maintain accurate resident records and follow up on lease status.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to meet occupancy goals.
- Experience in leasing, preferably in multifamily or low‑income housing.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Availability to work weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Experience with Tax Credit;
Section 42 leasing paperwork (LIHTC). - Knowledge of local market conditions and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
