Junior Tennis Coach

TGA Premier Sports is looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Junior Tennis Coach for our after school programs and camps. In this position, you will have the opportunity to teach and mentor young athletes aged 5-14 in a fun and supportive environment.

• Follow our curriculum and lesson plans
• Lead practices and drills
• Instill a love for tennis in your students
• Help children build foundational tennis skills while fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
• Work primarily in the afternoons during the school year and throughout the summer during our camp programs
• Collaborate with the coaching team to create a positive learning environment

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Enthusiasm for teaching and coaching children
• Prior experience in tennis is preferred but not mandatory
• Availability for after‑school hours, typically between 1:30 PM and 5 PM
• Reliable transportation to travel to various coaching locations
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with kids and parents
• Passion for promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development

• Weekly pay (part‑time)
• More hours available during school breaks and summer
• Weekend classes will be offered soon (optional)

• Leadership role with growth opportunities—grow into Head Tennis coach or even General Manager
• Pay per class is $40‑$50 depending on experience (can increase with TGA experience)
