Job Summary
Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes. Maximize client retention through excellent service—coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. Modify movements to suit individual needs. Teach and improve the lives of D1’s members, including scholastic athletes, adults, and teams, by demonstrating passion, expertise, high energy, a positive attitude, strong character, and superior customer service. Ensure workouts start and end on time, assess and align members with appropriate programs, build relationships, coach group workouts, personal training, and teams.
Provide accurate advice on strength, speed, and nutrition, teach proper form and technique, and prioritize safety.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
- At least one NCCA-accredited certification
- Minimum 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
