As an Accountant, you will handle a variety of financial tasks, from processing vendor invoices to monthly reconciliations and supporting the annual budget development. With 1-3 years of experience and a degree in Accounting or Finance, you will contribute to operational efficiency and financial reporting. Prepare to collaborate with suppliers and other BWXT sites to enhance workflows while maintaining a focus on excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile vendor-related invoices accurately

• Coordinate bi-weekly payment runs and manage vendor lists

• Prepare month-end journal entries and checklists

• Assist in annual budget preparation and financial audits

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field

• 1-3 years of General Accounting experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong interpersonal skills with management interaction

• Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks and multi-task
