Your responsibilities will include conducting audits, preparing financial statements, and advising clients on their financial health. The position requires effective multitasking among various client engagements, fostering strong client relationships, and mentoring junior accountants to enhance the team’s effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audits, reviews, and various accounting engagements

• Prepare key financial reports and client summaries

• Manage relationships while coaching junior team members

• Participate in business development initiatives

• Conduct thorough checks for financial discrepancies

Requirements:

• CPA or CPA candidate

• Public accounting experience of 2 to 4 years

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards

• Experience with accounting and tax software

• Understanding of practice development concepts
