This Lead Bookkeeper position combines client communication, file setup, reporting, and quality review for external businesses. You will lead onboarding meetings, ensure proper setup, and maintain correspondence through completion. The role also includes reviewing and signing off on HSTs, T4s, ROEs, WSIB, year-end adjustments, and trust accounting. Your work supports dependable client service and effective team coordination.

• Lead client onboarding meetings and ensure proper file setup
• Maintain client correspondence to support file completion
• Review and sign off on bookkeeping files
• Prepare and deliver client reporting when needed
• Organize and lead team huddles and meetings

• Strong communication skills for client and team interactions
• Proven independent ownership of quality and timelines
• Confidence delivering high-quality work without supervision
• Experience with Karbon, Outlook, QBO, and bookkeeping software
• Solutions-focused problem-solving ability
